Grace Bruno D’Alessandro
Grace D’Alessandro, born and raised in Toronto, has always been drawn to the arts. After a successful career in the corporate world, she returned to her first love - creating.
Her journey began with her first official water-colour class over 30 years ago at the Fred Varley Art Gallery, followed by studies at the McKay Art Centre, the Art Gallery of Ontario, and with esteemed artists Doris Pontieri and the late Gianluca Primucci.
Grace’s work has been featured in community exhibitions and charity events, including co-hosting the “Ladies of the Brush” fundraiser which raised over $80,000.00 in support of the Nanny Angel Network/NanKind - one of her proudest artistic milestones.
Today, she primarily works in oils and acrylics, while also drawing on her background as a Certified Floral Designer.
Her art embodies elegance, patience, and a deep appreciation for beauty - inspired most of all by her family, especially her two grandsons, Matthew and Noah.
